Sillages Paris: how does it work?
With the help of our algorithm, you create your haute parfumerie personal fragrance by selecting 6 ingredients. All ingredient combinations suggested to you come from formulas developed by our supernoses. You can’t go wrong!
Once you have created your Sillages, you can order the 50ml, 30ml or 15ml bottle, which is delivered with its sample. Test the sample first. If you like the fragrance, open the bottle. If you don’t like it, return your unopened bottle for free, and get a 100% refund.
Do you offer free samples with my order?
Yes! For each Sillages you create and order we send two samples of other Sillages that you might like based on the ingredients you selected.
I like one of the samples I received. How do I order the bottle?
If you wish to order the bottle of a sample you received, send us the number of the Sillages you would like to get at [email protected]
I’ve used up all the perfume in my bottle! How do I reorder it?
You can re-order your bottle from your order confirmation email, or from your client profile in the ‘order history and details’ section and then 'reorder'.

I’ve ordered my Sillages bottle. I’ve tested its sample but I don’t like the fragrance. How do I return my bottle and get refunded?
If your Sillages is not a match, send back the unopened fragrance in its original box for free within 14 days of its delivery date to get a full refund. For more details on our return policy, or how to get your return label, click here.
I’ve ordered my Sillages bottle. I’ve tested its sample but I prefer one of the other free samples. What should I do?
You can order the bottle of the free sample you like by writing us at [email protected] with the number of the Sillages you want.
Regarding the unused bottle you received, send it back for free within 14 days to get a full refund. To make a return, click here.
Do I have to order a new Sillages to get a refund on the bottle I received?
Nope! We refund your bottle in every case, whether you replace it with a new Sillages or not.
Oops! I tested my Sillages by using the bottle instead of the sample, and I don’t like it. Can I still get a refund?
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we can’t give you a refund if the bottle has been used. To test your fragrance, it is very important that you use the sample you receive with the bottle. Open the bottle only when you are sure that you like the fragrance.
How do you check that the bottle is unused?
Once we receive your returned bottle, we make sure it has not been used by checking the level of the fragrance with a laser, and confirming that there is no fragrance in the dip tube. If we discover that the bottle has been used, we won’t be able to refund you.
I love Sillages, but for someone else! How do I give it as a gift?
If you wish to make a gift, you have two options:
- You know them well! Take the reins yourself and create the fragrance you want to offer to your special someone.
- Purchase an eGift card credited with the price of a bottle, so your special someone can create their ideal fragrance on their own (on ou website or in our parisian ateliers).
- This eGift card will then be sent to your special someone by email, with a sweet, personal message from you and the gift code. Your friend will then be able to create their Sillages on our website. They simply type the gift code in at checkout to get it for free.
- You can chose to send a physical card for an extra cost of 4€ (non refundable)

Can I use my gift card to create my perfume at the parisian workshops ?
Yes! If you have received a gift card and would like to create your own perfume in our workshops in Paris, simply make a free olfactory appointment from our website!
During this private 30-minute meeting, our expert will introduce you to our most beautiful ingredients and help you create your perfume.
At the end of the workshop, a bottle of your perfume will be given to you free of charge upon presentation of your gift card, either printed or on your phone.
Alternatively, you can of course use your gift card to create your perfume online.
I can't order my gift card
If you want to order a gift card and you can't add it to the basket:
- Check that you have filled in all the fields: "From", "To" and your personnal message
- Check that you have not used special characters (+#&*%§<>= etc.)

Our fragrances
What makes your fragrances ‘Haute Parfumerie’?
Our fragrances are among the most expensive to produce in the market. We invest, on average, 5 to 10 times more in our fragrances than most of our competitors because we use the highest quality ingredients in high concentrations.
Why do you make special fragrances?
At Sillages Paris, we know that each one of us is special, so each fragrance should be special.
We want to create a young, ultramodern, and distinctive parfumerie. Each Sillages fragrance is among the most creative and singular in the market today. Unlike many fragrances, our Sillages are customized according to YOUR taste, using hilghy creative formulas created by our perfumers. We want you to get a one-of-a-kind fragrance, as special as you.
How do you manage to have accessible prices when your fragrances are so expensive to produce?
We are the first haute parfumerie brand sold mainly online. People hear about us by word of mouth and through key influencers. This new business model allows us to erase the expenses usually dedicated to infrastructure and advertising. Instead, we use all our money in our products, which means we can sell extremely luxurious fragrances at an accessible price.
Do you use natural ingredients in your Sillages?
There are natural ingredients in the composition of all our Sillages, and some of them are sustainable.
Are your fragrances long lasting?
Yes! All our Sillages are hilghly concentrated with the best ingredients, so that they will last all day long on your skin. All our fragrances are Eau de Parfum.
Did you test your fragrances on animals?
Absolutely not! All our fragrances are vegan and cruelty-free.
Are your perfumes made in France?
Our ingredients are sourced from the most beautiful parts of the world, but yes, our fragrances are formulated in France, in the tradition of French Haute Parfumerie. Most of the components of our packaging are also made in France. All our Sillages are then handmade in our Parisian ateliers, once you have created and ordered them.
Deliveries
Which countries do you deliver to?
For now, we only deliver in these countries: France, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Austria, Portugal.
Is delivery free?
Yes, all our standard deliveries are free. All details are here.
How do you deliver orders in France and Europe?
All orders that include a 50ml bottle, a candle or a 100ml refill are delivered by Colissimo. Other orders without 50ml bottle (15ml bottles only) will be sent via tracked letter. All details are here.
Returns and refunds
How do I make a return?
Once delivered, you have 14 days to send back your unopened bottle or unused candle in its box, for free. Sample sets and 100ml refills can’t be returned nor refunded. Unfortunately, if you used your bottle instead of the sample, we won't be able to refund you.

How do I get my free return label?
To request your return label, go to your customer profile in the "order history & details" section then click on "details & returns" and select the product you want to return to us. Don't forget to write the reason for your return.
You will then receive your return label by e-mail within 48 working hours.

How long will it take for me to receive my reimbursement?
Once returned, it takes 5 to 10 working days for your package to get to us. We strongly advise you to keep your tracking number and proof of delivery. Once we receive your package, it will take us a few days to process it. We will send you an email once the refund has been completed. Refund will be done through the device you used for the payement. If you purchased the bottle with a gift code, a new gift code will be sent to you by email.
