We kindly remind you that all our bottles & candles can be exchanged and refunded.

100ml refills and ingredient layering sets can not be exchanged nor refunded

Return policy

Before returning your bottle or candle, ensure that:

• You didn’t open nor use the bottle (only test the fragrance using the sample)
• You didn't burn your candle
• You are returning the bottle or candle in its intact original box
• You received your bottle or candle less than 14 days ago 

How to get your return label?

To get your free return label, go to your customer profile under "Order history and details" then click on "details & returns" to select the product you wish to return to us. You will receive an email with your return label within 48 working hours (estimation).

How to complete your return?

1. Fill out the order sheet received with your package, and include it in your return package.
2. Request your return label from your customer profile, under "Order history and details". You will receive it by email within 48 working hours.
3. Stick your return label on your package, and drop it at the nearest post office.
4. Get a postmark on your proof of posting, and keep it.
5. Once we have received and validated your return, you will be fully refunded.
